So the war dec thing is pretty free form, you don't like someone and you dec them ... simple as that. My cohort and long time alter ego, Tallon Purifex who also joined the war shennanagins, decided he didn't like a certain group of miners he ran across due to their greediness in monopolizing the belts in and around Inoue. Justice must be served!
Just before the dec went live Tallon found them mining in a grav site one jump over in low sec. This allowed for a quick probe, switch and gank yielding one covetor. Four days passed, and it seemed as tho this double war was going to be a dud until Tallon logged on and did a quick check of the belts in Inoue for LMEX / HARCO miners doing wrong. Bingo ... two ospreys and a hauler were breaking the law! The ospreys were quickly dispatched in a brilliant display of back and forth pointing. Upon returning to the station a crow undocked ready to do battle. A quick switch to a rifter along with some tricky maneuvers sent the crow and his pod forcibly back to station. This obviously infuriated the infidels as they mounted a show of strength, undocking two widows and puffing out their chests. A quick swap of some mods on the good ol' abaddon and one widow is sent to the great scrapheap in the sky.
Dead Bear's Social Club saved the day.
Days later, Tallon is sitting on the undock of the station policing the mining pressure and this caracal warps to station and apparently forgets to click dock and is dispatched. Sensing the pressure the infidels don't come online often but Erin Phillips decides she is above the law! More days pass with the infidels finally realizing the law is the law until their final effort of defiance ends in tragedy.
Shortly after this the war is to end with reparations being paid in full for their crimes.
